my end goal
I'm just a young Aussie bloke who's lived through the everlasting mental health battle. Whether you agree or disagree, mental health applies to every human being, whether good or bad. Having lived through 15 years of a constant, depressive, anxiety-riddled mentality, in less than 6 months of 2 failed attempts at taking my life, I was able to completely change my perspective on life and my attitude towards it. Fueled with dedication for the need of change within the current mental health system, I created a social media account across a few different platforms to spread awareness and provide hope to those who truly struggle. I want them to know that there is light at the end of the tunnel, that things can get better, and they are not alone. To fund the non-profit LTMH, I established this construction and maintenance company. This is to expedite the process of providing cost-free alternative options, as psychology, etc. isn't for everyone.
